The Fully Automatic Empty Plastic Bottle Mouth Grinding Machine is specially developed for deburring and flash removal on bottle mouths. It works perfectly with bottle mouths of various materials—plastic bottles being its main application—and is flexibly compatible with different bottle mouth shapes, including round and square ones.

Fitted with a high-precision servo motor and combined with steel-free blades, the machine realizes high-accuracy grinding. This dual setup not only stops the bottle mouth from getting scratched or deformed during operation but also ensures consistent processing quality for each bottle. To improve operational reliability and meet hygiene requirements, the machine uses a photoelectric eye for accurate bottle position detection; besides, all parts that come into contact with the bottle mouth are made of 304 stainless steel, which effectively reduces contamination risks.
