Deskripsi produk

Moving Type Empty Bottle Leak Tester For Pesticide Bottles

Description

Implement airtightness testing on the specified specifications of the container to be tested. After the leak detection is completed, the qualified and unqualified products are seperated. During the testing process, the corresponding workstation will sound an alarm and remove the unqualified bottles, which will be separated from the qualified ones.

Machine Advantage:

  • Adopting a servo linear module, this Moving Head Empty Bottle Leak Tester can track pesticide bottles in real-time while conducting leak detection measurements. This advanced operation mode breaks through the limitations of traditional detection methods for chemical packaging. By precisely following the movement of pesticide bottles on the conveyor line, it achieves an efficient high-speed leak detection effect—critical for pesticide bottles which are produced in large batches for farming seasons, with thick walls to resist corrosion, and require strict leak-proof testing to match the agricultural industry’s demand for timely mass supply. The servo system's high responsiveness and accuracy ensure that even tiny leaks (which could cause toxic or corrosive pesticide leakage, endangering crops, ecosystems, or human/animal health) can be accurately identified during the continuous movement of pesticide bottles, providing a strong guarantee for product quality control and agricultural safety in the pesticide industry.
  • When operating at the same speed as other conventional leak detection equipment for chemical packaging bottles, it has a relatively small land occupation. Its compact structural design optimizes the layout of internal components. The rational arrangement of the servo drive system, detection sensors, and pesticide bottle-conveying path allows it to fit perfectly in pesticide production workshops—where space is often planned to accommodate bulk storage of chemical raw materials and multi-spec pesticide bottle production lines. Whether it is a newly built pesticide factory or an old workshop undergoing safety upgrades, this equipment can be easily integrated into the pesticide bottle production line without requiring a large amount of additional space investment, helping enterprises save workshop layout costs while meeting strict safety standards.
  • It is suitable for a wider range of pesticide bottle types. Thick-walled pesticide bottles (used for highly corrosive herbicides or insecticides, heavy and hard to test) and sealed-cap pesticide bottles (common for volatile pesticides, requiring airtightness verification), which are often difficult to handle in leak detection due to their material and functional characteristics, are very suitable for this tester; it also shows excellent adaptability to pesticide bottles with special structures, such as anti-drip nozzles or child-resistant caps, that complicate detection. Moreover, it features a non-intercepting design and is applicable to special-shaped pesticide bottles. During the leak detection process, the conveyor line does not need to stop. This not only ensures the continuous flow of the pesticide bottle production line and improves overall production efficiency, but also solves the problem of pesticide bottle jams or structural damage caused by the stop of the conveyor line in traditional detection methods. By maintaining the continuous movement of pesticide bottles, it avoids the risk of bottle extrusion and pre-leakage, ensuring the integrity of pesticide bottles during the detection process.
