Description

 

Airtightness testing shall be conducted on the containers to be inspected in accordance with specified standards. Following the leak detection process, qualified and unqualified products shall be sorted and separated. During the testing procedure, the workstation will trigger an alarm when unqualified bottles are identified; these defective bottles will then be automatically removed and kept in isolation from qualified ones to prevent mixing.

  • It is suitable for a wider range of bottle types. Thin and tall bottles, which are often difficult to handle in leak detection, are very suitable for this tester, and it also shows excellent adaptability to bottles with difficult  to detect shapes. Moreover, it features a non-intercepting design and is applicable to special-shaped bottles. During the leak detection process, the conveyor line does not need to stop. This not only ensures the continuous flow of the production line and improves overall production efficiency but also solves the problem of bottle jams caused by the stop of the conveyor line in traditional detection methods.
