Machine Advantage

 

  • This multi-layer pharmaceutical bottle cartoner is specially designed for the automated packaging of pharmaceutical bottles (such as oral liquid bottles and reagent bottles). Its core process follows the logic of "first arranging bottles in order, then packing them in multiple layers".
  • After empty bottles enter the equipment via the conveyor line, the servo positioning system first arranges the bottles in an orderly manner at preset intervals to ensure each row of bottles is neat and uniform. Subsequently, the bottles are pushed layer by layer to a customized pharmaceutical-grade packaging station, and with the assistance of an automatic alignment mechanism, precise multi-layer stacking is completed to avoid bottle collision or tilting.
  • To further enhance the sealing performance and hygiene safety level of pharmaceutical packaging, the equipment can be optionally equipped with a vacuum pumping function: After pharmaceutical bottles are placed into food-grade/pharmaceutical-grade sealed bags, the vacuum system can quickly extract air from the bags to form tightly fitting vacuum packaging. This not only isolates external dust and microbial contamination but also prevents bottle shaking and damage during transportation. The vacuum-packaged products are then accurately moved into pharmaceutical-specific cartons by a robotic arm, with no manual contact throughout the entire process. This eliminates the risk of secondary contamination from the source and fully complies with GMP certification and hygiene safety standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In terms of equipment durability, core pneumatic components adopt high-specification configurations: Pneumatic elements use Yadeke cylinders, which are paired with imported solenoid valve groups to achieve precise speed control and stable driving, avoiding bottle damage caused by cylinder jamming. The air supply treatment section is equipped with two sets of Yadeke oil mist lubrication maintenance devices, which can efficiently filter impurities and moisture in compressed air. This not only prevents rusting and clogging of pneumatic components and extends the equipment's service life (increasing the average fault-free operation time by more than 30%) but also avoids contamination of the packaging environment by oil mist and impurities, meeting the cleanliness requirements of pharmaceutical production.
  • In terms of operational convenience, the equipment is equipped with a 7-inch Weinview touchscreen (made in Taiwan, China), allowing users to master its operation quickly without professional technical training.
