Unlike unstable instant-heat-systems that risk uneven sealing or cause PE’s heat-sensitive polymer chains to degrade, compromising structural integrity.
  • Featuring a multi-servo-and-multi-link-design, it supports one-click-adjustment for various PE bottle types (from 50ml squeeze PE bottles to 20L industrial PE jugs). The system automatically adapts to PE’s diverse neck-finishes, thread-patterns, and body-shapes—from thin-walled flexible PE bottles to thick-gauge impact-resistant designs—with bottle-type-switching taking just 10 minutes. This flexibility is key for leveraging PE’s versatility in packaging, significantly boosting debugging-efficiency for mixed-production-lines handling both rigid and semi-rigid PE containers.
