This machine is primarily used for paper tray packaging of HDPE, PET, and PP plastic bottles. It replaces traditional manual processes—including manual paper tray placement, manual bottle arrangement, manual stacking, and top cover tray placement—achieving full automation on the production line. The result is a significant reduction in labor costs, along with substantial improvements in efficiency and overall profitability.
Machine Features
The equipment is built around a 20-axis bus servo motor control system, ensuring continuous and stable operation. Its integrated automatic paper tray forming structure enables a top cover plate flipping function, eliminating the need for frequent manual intervention in tray feeding and top cover placement.
A multi-servo, multi-linkage design allows for adjustable paper tray ranges, enabling quick changeover between bottle types. The centering mechanism further adjusts tray specifications, greatly improving debugging efficiency.
For higher capacity, the machine can be equipped with high-speed servo and vacuum conveying with dual-row bottle feeding. For bottle types below 0.5L, single-row feeding achieves speeds of approximately 9,000 bottles per hour.
Servo control via EtherCAT delivers higher precision, faster response, greater stability, and simpler wiring. Single-channel or dual-channel automatic bottle feeding enables rapid bottle placement onto trays, automatically achieving staggered bottle arrangement with compact positioning. Advanced IoT technology provides real-time monitoring of equipment status, enabling faster and more accurate understanding of machine operation and remote debugging capabilities.
Quick bottle changeover significantly boosts production efficiency. With a monthly capacity of 25 units, standardized batch production ensures fast after-sales response.
