Our linear type leak tester is designed for inline air tightness inspection of containers of specified sizes. It automatically separates qualified containers from defective ones after leak testing. When leakage is detected, the corresponding station triggers an alarm and rejects faulty bottles, fully isolating defective products from good ones to protect your product quality.

Adopting the latest American inspection system with dual independent leak detection channels for each station, this machine delivers high precision and reliability, with detection accuracy up to 0.1 mm. It supports parameter storage: the system can save parameters for 6 product recipes, and custom memory capacity is available upon request. Real-time data recording tracks total inspected containers and leaky bottles. Users can set a target inspection quantity; once the preset number is reached, the machine stops testing automatically.

The recognised service life exceeds 100,000 hours. Built with premium core components including Motorola test board, Siemens PLC, FESTO solenoid valves, Inovance frequency converter, three types of SMC cylinders, original German precision leak detection plate and SMC filters. Instead of conventional belts, we adopt POM flexible chain plates. Though with higher manufacturing cost, the POM chain avoids bottle damage and reduces false detection. The swing-arm touch screen brings convenient operation.
