Designed for continuous, high‑volume packaging of rigid plastic containers (HDPE, PET, PP), this system fully automates the tray placement, bottle collation, stacking, and top‑cover application, eliminating manual intervention and ensuring consistent cycle times.

 

Core Technology

  • 20‑axis servo bus control for smooth, synchronised motion.
  • Low‑voltage integrated start‑up with automatic top‑plate flipping – reduces paper‑feed interruptions.
  • Multi‑servo / multi‑link mechanism with adjustable tray range and centering system, enabling rapid format changes (tool‑less adjustment for different paper sizes).

 

Performance

  • Single‑lane speed: ~9,000 pcs/h (for paper size <0.5L); optional dual‑lane vacuum feeding for higher capacity.
  • EtherCAT communication ensures high precision, fast response, and simplified wiring.
  • Supports single‑ or dual‑channel automatic feeding, staggered paper arrangement, and precise positioning.
