This fully-automatic packaging machine is specifically designed for stackable drum packaging and can accurately adapt to various types of large stackable containers. Controlled by 9-15 axis bus servo motors, the machine operates continuously, stably and without vibration. This feature is crucial for stackable drums: stackable drums need to maintain structural integrity through stable conveying and handling, and the machine can uniformly process stackable drums of different volumes and shapes. It effectively prevents subsequent stacking safety issues caused by deformation or alignment deviations.
In the sealing process, the machine adopts constant-temperature sealing technology (replacing the traditional instant-heat transformer system), which can achieve a sealing effect that meets industrial standards and ensures the stackable drums are completely airtight. Stackable drums are often used to store bulk materials such as lubricating oil and granular additives. Once leakage or contamination occurs, it will not only cause resource waste but also may damage adjacent stacked drums. Unlike the instant-heat system (which is prone to incomplete sealing or film scalding due to slight temperature fluctuations), the constant-temperature technology maintains stable heat output, ensuring uniform and reliable sealing effect for each batch of stackable drums and providing key protection for safe stacking.
The multi-servo and multi-link design supports one-click adjustment of parameters for stackable drums of different specifications. For example, switching from a 200L stackable drum to a 25L narrow-neck stackable drum only takes 10 minutes, without the need for time-consuming mechanical modification and manual calibration. This greatly shortens downtime and is very suitable for production scenarios that need to handle stackable drums of multiple specifications.
The Ethernet-controlled servo system further improves control accuracy, with a response speed of up to 50 milliseconds, and enhances operational stability through anti-interference circuits — this is crucial for accurate alignment during the stackable drum packaging process. In addition, the machine can be seamlessly integrated with blow-molding production lines (for stackable drum manufacturing), leak detection systems and labeling production lines, building an efficient and smooth production process.
IoT technology enables 24/7 real-time monitoring via a cloud-based platform, which can track key data such as servo motor temperature and conveying speed, and quickly identify abnormal situations. This function can effectively avoid production interruptions: if the production of stackable drums is halted, it is likely to lead to drum backlogs, warehouse overcrowding, and even safety hazards such as drum tipping.
The machine also has efficient adjustment features: the bag change operation (for replacing bags used in stackable drum packaging) adopts a tool-free design and can be completed in just 1 minute; the system can store 20 sets of parameters and support one-click parameter retrieval; the side-push packaging operation simplifies the replacement process of films used for stackable drum wrapping; with the help of preset parameter templates, the changeover time for minor specification adjustments can be controlled within 5 minutes, further improving production efficiency.
