  • This fully-automatic packaging machine is specifically designed for stackable drum packaging and can accurately adapt to various types of large stackable containers. Featuring a compact structure, it saves space and does not require excessive operating area, making it highly suitable for production scenarios with limited workshop space.
  • Controlled by 9-15 axis bus servo motors, the machine operates continuously, stably and without vibration. This feature is crucial for stackable drums: stackable drums need to maintain structural integrity through stable conveying and handling, and the machine can uniformly process stackable drums of different volumes and shapes. It effectively prevents subsequent stacking safety issues caused by deformation or alignment deviations.
  • In the sealing process, the machine adopts constant-temperature sealing technology (replacing the traditional instant-heat transformer system), which can achieve a sealing effect that meets industrial standards and ensures the stackable drums are completely airtight. Stackable drums are often used to store bulk materials such as lubricating oil and granular additives. Once leakage or contamination occurs, it will not only cause resource waste but also may damage adjacent stacked drums. For example, switching from a 200L stackable drum to a 25L narrow-neck stackable drum only takes 10 minutes, without the need for time-consuming mechanical modification and manual calibration. This greatly shortens downtime and is very suitable for production scenarios that need to handle stackable drums of multiple specifications.
