Product Description

Minimum Empty Bottle Bagging Machine  One-click Parameter Switching Only Three Meters Long

Currently, the smallest fully automatic packaging machine in China is only 3 meters long; it truly allows for one-click parameter switching, requiring only the bottle height, bottle diameter, and arrangement method to be entered.

Fully automatic empty bottle packing machines are automated packaging equipment that integrates empty bottle conveying, sorting, grouping, bagging, and sealing/collecting. They are designed for various types of empty bottles (plastic bottles, glass bottles, cans, etc.), and can automatically pack loose empty bottles into groups according to a preset quantity, then automatically put them into plastic film bags (mainly PE bags/heat shrink bags) and complete the bag opening treatment. The entire process requires no manual intervention. It is the core packaging equipment for empty bottle storage and transportation in industries such as beverages, daily chemicals, and alcohol, and is also the most widely used sub-type of Empty Bottle Packing Machine.

Core Technical Features

(1) Fully Automated Operation, No Manual Intervention
Integrates the entire process of feeding, bottle sorting, bottle arrangement, counting, bagging, sealing, and unloading. Only manual replenishment of film rolls and sorting of finished packages are required, significantly reducing labor costs.
Supports seamless integration with upstream empty bottle production lines (blow molding machines, preform forming machines), achieving integrated production line operation and adapting to continuous high-capacity production needs.

(2) Precise Grouping and Counting, High Packaging Consistency
Equipped with a dual counting device of photoelectric sensors/rotary encoders, it can accurately group bottles according to preset quantities (e.g., 12 bottles, 24 bottles, 36 bottles), with a counting error ≤0.1%.
Adopts a mechanical bottle-blocking/pneumatic return structure to ensure neat arrangement of empty bottles after grouping, preventing bottles from tilting or scattering during bagging, and adapts to various bottle shapes such as round, square, and irregular shapes.

(3) High adaptability, compatible with multiple bottle types/packaging materials

Bottle type compatibility: By adjusting the bottle spacing, conveyor speed, and group molds, it can adapt to plastic bottles (PET/PE/PP), glass bottles, and cans of different capacities from 50ml to 20L, without the need to change a large number of molds, and the changeover time is short (generally 5-15 minutes);

Material compatibility: Mainly compatible with PE flat bags, PE heat shrink bags, non-woven fabric tote bags, and other packaging materials, supporting film thicknesses of 0.02-0.15mm to meet different protection and transportation needs.

(4) Integrated bagging and sealing, ensuring packaging sealing and sturdiness.
The bagging mechanism employs two mainstream methods: vacuum suction and mechanical bag pulling, with a suction success rate of ≥99.5%, effectively preventing bag damage and incomplete bagging.
The sealing method adapts to industry needs, with the mainstream options being heat sealing (ironing edges), drawstring closure (cable ties/tape), and heat shrink sealing. The method can be selected according to packaging requirements, ensuring a sealed bag opening and preventing empty bottles from falling out or dust from entering during transportation.

(5) Intelligent control, convenient operation and maintenance

Equipped with a PLC + touch screen control system, it allows for intuitive setting of parameters such as packaging quantity, conveying speed, and sealing temperature. Parameter storage is supported (it can save 10-20 sets of packaging parameters for different bottle types), which can be recalled with one click when changing bottle types;

Equipped with a fault self-diagnosis function, the equipment automatically stops and displays the fault point on the touch screen when problems such as missing bags, bottle jams, or abnormal counting occur, facilitating quick troubleshooting;

Key moving parts (such as conveyor belts, cylinders, and suction nozzles) adopt standardized designs, making disassembly, replacement, and maintenance convenient and reducing maintenance costs.

Applications:

1. Bottled Water/Purified Water/Mineral Water: Empty PET bottles in sizes such as 500ml, 1.5L, 5L, and 18.9L. After blow molding, these are directly bagged in groups for easy warehousing and transportation to the bottling line.

2. Carbonated Beverages: Empty PET bottles for cola, soft drinks, etc., suitable for back-end bagging on high-speed blow molding lines, balancing efficiency and packaging costs.

3. Fruit and Vegetable Juices/Tea Beverages/Functional Beverages: Empty bottles in various sizes, including irregularly shaped, square, and round bottles. The adjustable structure of the equipment allows for rapid bagging changes.

4. Bottled Beverages/Dairy Beverages: Small and medium-sized empty bottles (2-10L). Grouping and bagging prevents bottle deformation during transportation.

Core Advantages: Replaces manual bagging, meets the high-volume, rapid-change, and low-cost packaging needs of the beverage industry. The cost of film bags is significantly lower than that of cardboard boxes, aligning with the industry's low-profit margin characteristics.
