Its servo-driven-precision is uniquely calibrated to accommodate PP’s lightweight and moderately rigid nature, preventing deformation during transport while avoiding excessive clamping force that could mar the material’s smooth surface. It adopts constant-temperature-sealing-technology instead of instant-heat-transformer-sealing, creating airtight straight-line-seals that meet food-grade-packaging-standards critical for PP containers. Unlike unstable instant-heat-systems that risk uneven sealing or damage to PP’s heat-responsive-molecular-structure.
  • Featuring a multi-servo-and-multi-link-design, it supports one-click-adjustment for various PP bottle types (from 100ml micro-PP-vials to 5L large-format-containers). The system automatically adapts to PP’s diverse neck-finishes, thread-patterns, and body-shapes—from sleek cosmetic-style-PP-bottles to ribbed, impact-resistant-designs—with bottle-type-switching taking just 10 minutes. This flexibility is key for leveraging PP’s versatility in packaging, significantly boosting debugging-efficiency for mixed-production-lines.
  • Integrated IoT-technology enables real-time-equipment-monitoring, while the side ejection design makes bag changing more reasonable and efficient: the machine can simultaneously complete ejection through side pushing and carry out bag pulling preparation. The entire process requires no downtime for waiting. Combined with the 1-minute quick bag-changing function and one-click switching of multi-formula storage, it minimizes downtime.
