Produktbeschreibung

Automatic Bottle Capper For Plastic Caps With Two Workstations

Description

The Auto Bottle Capper For Plastic Caps is a high-precision automated device designed for seasoning bottle production lines. It integrates three core functions: automatic feeding of plastic caps via a vibratory bowl, precise automatic capping with adjustable torque control, and real-time detection of skewed-mouth bottles—immediately removing defective ones via a pneumatic ejector.

Equipped with sensor-based positioning and PLC control, it ensures consistent capping tightness, avoids leakage issues, and adapts to various bottle neck sizes. This machine replaces manual capping, slashing labor costs while boosting throughput and reducing rework rates, making it ideal for high-volume seasoning production.

Machine Advantage

  • For automatic feeding, automatic capping, detection and removal of skewed mouth seasoning bottles.
  • Uninterrupted Continuous Operation: The automatic bottle feeding and cap feeding functions create a seamless production flow. Bottles no longer require manual placement or capping one by one.
  • Reduced Reliance on Manpower: Traditional manual bottle feeding and capping require a large number of workers to monitor the posts, and efficiency and quality are easily affected by human fatigue and operational differences. After replacing manual labor with an automatic system, only 1-2 maintenance personnel can monitor multiple devices, saving over 80% of labor. It also avoids training and management costs caused by difficulties in recruiting and staff turnover.
