The user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen supports quick setup and parameter adjustment — this is not only crucial for protecting the scratch-prone surface of plastic empty bottles, but also enables synchronous calibration of the dual-channel operation status to avoid bottle jamming. Its compact footprint is suitable for space-constrained scenarios, and the dual-channel design further improves hourly capacity under high-throughput working conditions.
  • Compared with fully automatic systems, this equipment has significantly lower procurement costs, effectively reducing the initial investment pressure for enterprises. Although manual assistance is required for bagging, the equipment's capacity has been accurately calibrated to achieve medium-to-high output, avoiding the overcapacity waste that may occur with fully automatic equipment. Equipped with a Siemens Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and multi-stage pressure-regulating cylinders, the machine ensures smooth and wrinkle-free bagging on the surface of plastic empty bottles; the adjustable cylinders can adapt to plastic empty bottles ranging from 500ml to 2L (covering narrow-necked cosmetic bottles to wide-mouth food jars).

The touchscreen can store customized parameters, allowing one-click retrieval during subsequent production and reducing operational errors in regulated industries (such as food and pharmaceuticals).
