At Dongguan Xinzheng Machinery, our fully auto packaging machine completes automatic bottle grouping, bagging and bundling instead of manual operation, greatly reducing labor cost for plastic bottle manufacturers.
Empty bottles coming from the upstream conveyor flow into the packaging machine station continuously. The whole process runs automatically with PLC and servo control.
Bottles are conveyed into the grouping area. Sensors count bottles and arrange them into preset groups according to required quantity per bag, such as 12 pcs, 24 pcs or 36 pcs.
The machine automatically feeds plastic packaging bags to the bag-opening station. The bag mouth is opened by mechanical suction cups and kept ready for bottle loading.
The grouped bottles are pushed forward by the push-bottle cylinder into the pre-opened bag. Position-limit sensors ensure bottles are fully seated inside the bag.
After bottles are in place, the bag opening is closed. The finished bagged bundle is discharged onto the outgoing conveyor and delivered to the downstream bag stacker or palletizer.
The machine reserves IO handshake signals. When the packaging station is full or a fault occurs, it sends a pause signal to upstream equipment to avoid bottle accumulation on the conveyor.
Our fully auto packaging machine supports multiple bottle materials and shapes for blow-molding industries.
• PE bottles: HDPE / LDPE extrusion-blown bottles, jerrycans, chemical containers, oil bottles.
• PET bottles: Mineral-water bottles, beverage bottles, cosmetic empty containers.
• IBM injection-blown bottles: Small-size pharmaceutical bottles, cosmetic bottles.
Round bottles are the most-common compatible type. Custom modification is available for slightly oval bottles.
Special-shaped bottles require customized guiding and grouping accessories.

The above figures are standard range. Customized structure can be adjusted for oversized or mini bottles.
1. The actual running capacity of the fully auto packaging machine shall be 10-20 % higher than the output of the upstream blow-molding host, reserving production buffer.
2. Match the incoming-conveyor height with the blow-molding machine outlet height.
3. For hot bottles directly from EBM blow-molding machine, slow-down adjustment is needed to prevent bottle deformation by extrusion.
