Machine Advantage

 

  • This multi-layer pharmaceutical bottle cartoner is specially designed for the automated packaging of pharmaceutical bottles (such as oral liquid bottles and reagent bottles). Its core process follows the logic of "first arranging bottles in order, then packing them in multiple layers" and adopts a suction-based transfer mechanism for precise handling.
  • After empty bottles enter the equipment via the conveyor line, the servo positioning system first arranges the bottles in an orderly manner at preset intervals—ensuring each row is neatly aligned and evenly spaced to avoid gaps or overlaps. Once a layer of bottles is arranged, a suction cup assembly descends to the bottle array. It securely adheres to the top surface of the entire bottle layer, then lifts and transfers the bottles horizontally to the pre-positioned multi-layer cartoning station. The suction cup assembly releases the bottles gently and accurately onto the cartoning platform, and this process repeats for subsequent layers until the target number of stacked layers is reached—effectively preventing bottle collision, tilting, or label damage that may occur with traditional pushing mechanisms.
  • To further enhance the sealing performance and hygiene safety level of  packaging, the equipment can be optionally equipped with a vacuum pumping function: After the stacked bottle layers are placed into food-grade/pharmaceutical-grade sealed bags, the vacuum system quickly extracts air from the bags to form tightly fitting vacuum packaging. This not only isolates external dust and microbial contamination but also prevents bottle shaking and breakage during transportation. The vacuum-sealed packages are then accurately moved into pharmaceutical-specific cartons by a robotic arm, with no manual contact throughout the entire process—eliminating the risk of secondary contamination at the source and fully complying with GMP certification and hygiene safety standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In terms of equipment durability, core components adopt high-specification configurations: Pneumatic elements use Yadeke cylinders, paired with imported solenoid valve groups to achieve precise speed control and stable driving—avoiding bottle damage caused by component jamming. The air supply treatment section is equipped with two sets of Yadeke oil mist lubrication and filtration devices, which efficiently filter impurities and moisture in compressed air. This not only prevents rusting and clogging of pneumatic parts, but also avoids oil mist or particle contamination of the packaging environment, fully meeting the strict cleanliness requirements of pharmaceutical production.
  • In terms of operational convenience, the equipment is fitted with a 7-inch Weinview touchscreen (made in Taiwan, China). The interface features intuitive icons and clear parameter displays, allowing operators to master setup, operation, and parameter adjustment quickly—no professional technical training required.
