The Linear Empty Plastic Bottle Leak Tester is a highly adaptable and efficient solution designed to verify the integrity of a wide variety of plastic containers on high-speed production lines. It accommodates diverse container types and sizes—such as standard water bottles, dairy packaging like milk bottles, jerrycans, and other plastic units—by delivering accurate, non-destructive leak detection for selected items prior to quality inspection.

The system operates through a fully automated process. Following each leak test, it intelligently sorts containers based on results. Products that meet the required standards are seamlessly directed to the next stage of production. In contrast, any container that fails the airtightness check immediately activates a workstation-specific alert. The system then automatically removes these defective units from the line, ensuring reliable physical separation between acceptable and non-conforming products. This mechanism not only prevents cross-contamination within production batches but also guarantees that only intact, leak-proof containers proceed to filling or shipping.
