1. Official Warranty Scope
All Xinzheng automated machines enjoy a 12-month standard warranty period, starting from the date of bill of lading. During the valid warranty period, customers can enjoy free repair service for quality problems caused by factory manufacturing defects, free replacement of defective core structural parts and electrical components, free technical consultation and remote debugging support and professional after-sales guidance for installation, operation and daily maintenance
2. Items Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not apply to failures caused by human factors or normal operational consumption, including improper operation, overloading or unauthorized machine modification, damage caused by external collision, water ingress and power instability, failures from natural disasters and accidental accidents and second-hand disassembled or modified parts
3. Definition of Wearing Parts
Common wearing parts of Xinzheng downstream packaging equipment include drive strip, high-temperature adhesive tape, spring steel sheet, timing belt, leak-testing head rubber block, chain plate, suction cup,bearing, air cylinder and sensor cable. Wearing parts are not included in the free warranty range, as their service life depends entirely on production frequency, working environment and daily maintenance.
4. Lifetime After-Sales Support
Beyond the warranty period, Xinzheng Machinery still provides lifelong paid maintenance, spare parts supply and technical upgrade services. Spare parts are readily available (no waiting for machining). Supported by the company’s ERP and office automation systems, parts ordered on the same day can be shipped the same day.
